Job summary

Adecco is seeking experienced Food Quality Control Technicians in Lowell, MA. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with hours 6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday and pay of $15/hour.

The Preparation Associate is responsible for portions, ingredients and recipe components, and for food handling per HACCP plans. Responsibilities include set up for production, weighing materials, and performing quality checks while maintaining safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of rotating products in accordance with first in, first out rule.

Responsibilities

• Set up for food production, and open and weigh materials for formulas.
• Ensure accuracy of scales used for batch preparation.
• Perform routine quality checks, including inspecting all raw materials in preparation for production.
• Maintain accurate relieving documentation of raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Follow all plant safety regulations and GMPs.
