Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of food manufacturing experience expected.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs and food safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Enforce HACCP, SQF, GMPs and company policies on the line.
• Perform in-process and finished product quality checks and tests.
• Complete daily documentation and data entry; report quality issues.
• Conduct sanitation verifications and inspections; monitor production line.
• Identify and escalate non-conforming products; support audits.
