Job summary

Monogram Foods in Haverhill, MA is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This entry-level role supports daily Pre-Op processes and requires starting work at 4:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

You will assist QA leadership to ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety guidelines, monitor raw materials and finished products, perform organoleptic testing, CCP verifications, and daily inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in quality or related field is a plus.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product SKUs and lead improvements with R&D.
• Assess incoming materials and finished products, including organoleptic tests.
• Enforce GMPs and perform pre-operational inspections daily.
• Oversee CCP verifications, label checks, HACCP, and calibration tasks.
• Support QA Manager through training and reporting.
