Axiom Staffing Group seeks an experienced Quality Control Lab Technician for a food manufacturing facility in Winchester, VA. This long-term, temp-to-hire role requires hands-on QA/QC and laboratory experience in a regulated environment, with a focus on GMP, HACCP, and food safety.

Responsibilities include sample collection, quality verification, documentation, and collaboration with Quality and Production teams. Rotating 12-hour shifts; immediate interviews available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in QA/QC or laboratory operations in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Experience in food manufacturing or related industries with production testing.
• Ability to maintain thorough records and follow testing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Collect samples and verify quality against specifications throughout production.
• Prepare and maintain incubator and cooler systems; organize samples and records.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and food safety policies; report concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized lab; ensure equipment and surfaces are ready for use.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams on improvements.
