Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Restaurant Food Prep team member to support fast-paced kitchen operations at a franchise location. You will prep ingredients, assist cooks, and ensure cleanliness and food safety standards.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and good command of English. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, and you'll work under a franchisee's supervision.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift and transport restaurant goods and equipment of up to 50 pounds across short distances in the restaurant.
• Able to endure prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping and adhere to proper techniques to ensure safety.
• Must possess an adequate command of the English language to include understanding, speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn and comprehend proper use and maintenance of relevant kitchen equipment and machinery.
