Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, Pennsylvania, seeks a Sanitation Technician for 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Tue-Sat) with starting pay $20.45/hour. You will maintain a clean, safe food-manufacturing environment and support sanitation, safety, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities include executing sanitation tasks per schedule, operating cleaning equipment, and following GMPs and allergen control procedures to ensure product quality. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment following sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and sanitation tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation activities according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Operate powered cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain general housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Follow GMPs and food safety standards.
• Support pest control and safety training.
