Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Plant Services Sanitation Technician in Utah. You will maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe manufacturing environment, supporting product quality and employee safety. The role offers a pathway to a Plant Services Specialist with training and good standing.

The position requires daily sanitation duties, GMP adherence, and the ability to work a 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM). Weekend work and varying days off may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to understand sanitation procedures, safety requirements, and food safety standards.
• Ability to safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals according to procedures.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications include: Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Aerial Lift Operation, Confined Space Safety.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation of food processing equipment following SSOPs.
• Complete end-of-production and facility sanitation tasks.
• Mix, dilute, and apply cleaning chemicals per label instructions.
• Follow GMPs, safety requirements, and food safety standards.
• Wear and maintain PPE, and follow safety training.
• Perform housekeeping duties like mopping and sweeping.
• Refill dispensers and maintain facility supplies.
• Operate auto floor scrubbers and sanitation equipment.
• Support sanitation schedules and weekend coverage.
• Report safety, sanitation, equipment, or facility concerns to leadership.
