Responsibilities

Work closely with Account Managers in customer plant environments on sanitation, food safety, and process improvement.
Learn the duties of an Ecolab Account Manager and complete summer projects with leadership presentation.
Build relationships with plant staff through professional demeanor and teamwork.
Assist with Ecolab dispensing systems and CIP equipment setup, testing, and maintenance.
Monitor product performance and adjust chemical concentrations for efficiency.
Provide industry training to customers on plant sanitation and SOPs.
Introduce new products to existing accounts to improve sanitation and safety.
Develop skills in prospecting to generate new business.
