Job summary

Ecolab invites you to join our 11-week Technical Sales Intern program in the Food & Beverage sector. Based in the United States with nationwide locations, you'll work alongside Account Managers in plant environments, learning sanitation, product quality, and customer service.

You'll present findings to leadership, develop relationships across plant staff, and gain hands-on experience with CIP equipment, chemical dispensing systems, and product performance monitoring, with potential for a

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, or chemistry with an anticipated graduation date December 2027 or May/June 2028.
Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
11-week internship program starting June 1st.
Position requires a valid US Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Work closely with existing Account Managers in customer plant environments, focusing on food safety and food quality using sanitation products and processes.
Learn the daily responsibilities of an Ecolab Account Manager and work on value-added projects to present to leadership.
Cultivate business relationships with all levels of plant staff.
Apply mechanical aptitude to repair, adjust, test and install Ecolab dispensing systems and CIP equipment.
Monitor product performance and adjust chemical concentration levels.
Provide industry expertise and training to customers regarding plant sanitation and food safety/quality.
Introduce new product/service offerings to existing accounts.
Learn how to prospect to generate new business.
