Job summary

Moji Food is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dumpling manufacturing team in Kansas. You will ensure production machinery runs smoothly and perform hands-on mechanical and facilities upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, GMP-compliant repairs, and inventory tracking for spare parts. The role requires 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food/beverage.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical drives and gearboxes, plus basic electrical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food-processing equipment.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical tasks, lighting, and general upkeep in warehouse and office.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Maintain GMP-compliant repairs, logs, and a clean work area.
• Track spare parts and notify when supplies need reordering.
