Job summary

Moji Food is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our dumpling manufacturing team at the Stafford facility. You will ensure production machinery runs smoothly and that the facility stays in top condition, balancing mechanical troubleshooting with general upkeep.

Qualifications include 2–4 years in industrial maintenance, knowledge of mechanical drives, gearboxes, and basic electrical, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a potentially refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (food/beverage industry is a huge plus).
• Strong understanding of mechanical drives, gearboxes, and basic electrical (110v/220v).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment that may be refrigerated or humid.
• A 'fix-it' mindset with the ability to work independently in a small-team setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to our Stafford facility.

Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance: Preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, packaging sealers).
• Facilities Upkeep: Basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general handyman tasks around warehouse and office.
• Troubleshooting: Quick diagnosis of mechanical or electrical failures to minimize downtime.
• Food Safety (GMP): Repairs done per food safety standards; keep logs and maintain clean shop area.
• Parts Inventory: Track spare parts and notify management when supplies or tools need to be ordered.

Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: One Shift per day, 40 hours a week
