Job summary

TK America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support general facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment; perform preventative maintenance; document work orders; follow SOPs in a manufacturing setting; assist with equipment installation and changeovers as needed. The role involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment.
• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs.
• Enter, update, and track maintenance work orders on a scheduled basis.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment to meet daily operational requirements while supporting safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment components to maintain optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs.
• Assist with equipment installation and perform changeovers as needed.
• Enter, update, and track maintenance work orders on a scheduled basis.
• Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
