Job summary

Chobani is seeking Maintenance Technicians in Twin Falls, Idaho to perform timely repair and preventative maintenance on plant equipment including filling machines, metal detectors, case erectors, packers, sealers, pasteurizers, motors, pumps and conveyors.

Qualified applicants will have hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical breakdowns in manufacturing, and will follow all safety, GMP, environmental standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 year technical trade school certification preferred.
• 2-5 years in a food production/manufacturing environment repairing/troubleshooting filling, packaging, and other processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on production equipment.
• Work with operations to improve efficiency and solve problems.
• Follow safety, GMP, FSQ, and environmental policies and maintain compliance.
• Read mechanical drawings and use precision tools.
• Maintain attendance and adapt to flexible schedules including nights/weekends.
