Chobani is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead in Twin Falls, Idaho to direct the hourly maintenance crew supporting production equipment including processing systems, filling, packaging, automation, and utilities. You will partner with production managers to maintain strong operations and uphold food safety and quality.

The role requires preventing downtime by managing the preventive maintenance program, guiding technicians, and using the company's CMMS to track work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical trade certification or Journeyman license preferred.
• 2-5 years in food production/manufacturing equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance work on processing, filling/packaging, automation, and utilities systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Repair and maintenance of equipment with maintenance staff.
• Manage preventive maintenance program for shift and ensure completion and audits.
