Job summary

1440 Foods is seeking a Controls Technician for 2nd shift (2:30PM - 11:00PM) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems in our food production lines. The role focuses on PLCs, HMI software, and automation technologies to improve efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology and proven experience in food manufacturing or related industries, including robotics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Electrical/Elect automation.
• Proven experience as a Controls Technician in manufacturing (food preferred).
• Experience with robotics and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain control systems including PLCs and HMIs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/control issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on control equipment.
