Home Chef is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) with Fridays and Saturdays off, to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a high-volume production environment. You will program and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot automation equipment, and ensure GMP and safety standards are upheld.

The role requires five+ years in industrial maintenance, with electrical or programming experience and PLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years electrical or programming experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, servo systems and industrial electronics.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools and interpret electrical diagrams.
• PIT and scissor lift OSHA certification required.
• Proficient in CMMS data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Install, maintain and repair automation equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, controllers, and related components.
• Manage contractor work and ensure GMP and safety compliance.
• Maintain PM records in the CMMS and track equipment history.
