Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Packaging Material Handler to move and stage packaging materials, finished goods, and supplies. You will operate pallet jacks, verify loads, and support waste removal while following GMPs and food safety standards.

The role includes a rotating 4-on/4-off schedule (C Shift, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with starting pay of $20.45 per hour and opportunities to contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules to determine materials and products that need to be moved, staged, or distributed.
• Weigh and count materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Visually verify products and materials before transporting them between production and warehouse areas.
• Operate material handling equipment to transport materials safely throughout the packaging department.
• Support waste removal and waste tracking activities within the packaging area.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and move materials to production lines.
• Load and unload materials from pallets and other transport equipment.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures, including PPE.
