Harboroaks in Valdosta, Georgia, is seeking a Food Services Manager to oversee the daily operation of our food and beverage department. This role involves planning and directing purchasing, food preparation, and maintenance of sanitary standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a preferred bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, and at least four years of experience in food services, including supervisory experience. ServSafe Certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Human Nutrition or related field preferred.
• Four years’ experience in food services role with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate or direct purchasing, food preparation and serving.
• Maintain sanitary standards in preparation areas and dining facilities.
• Coordinate with Dietitian to plan varied and nutritious menus.
