Outfield Healthcare Partners in Longview, TX seeks a Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department, ensuring quality food service and nutritional care for residents.

The role requires supervision experience in hospital or long-term care settings, and state-regulation food safety certification. You will develop procedures, lead staff meetings, and ensure adherence to standardized recipes and menus.

Formación

• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations.
• Graduate of dietary manager training program approved by the Dietary Manager’s Association and/or State Health Department.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and participate in staff meetings; attend departmental head meetings at the discretion of the food service director, and other center meetings and sit on required committees.
• Assist in developing and updating departmental procedures and policies.
• Work dietary staff job routines when assigned or as needed.
• Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required.
