You will supervise production teams, coordinate schedules, and partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production that meets customer demand. The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to HACCP/GMP standards, and ongoing process optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (food science, engineering, or ops).
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, FSMA or similar programs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce downtime and waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards; support audits.
