Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in maintenance management with progression in a food manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, RCM, and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proficient CMMS, EAM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance activities, including PM programs, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and schedule maintenance.
• Manage maintenance staff, hiring, training, performance management, and development.
• Establish safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance and PPE use.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost controls.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement in reliability.
