Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role in maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety regulations.
• CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians with guidance and training.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machinery and facilities for issues and hazards.
• Troubleshoot and arrange repairs with vendors.
• Maintain records of maintenance and parts inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols and GMP compliance.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor expenses and optimize resources.
• Report on maintenance activities and KPIs to management.
