Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects to modify and improve processes.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with objectives and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve obstacles and drive improvements.
• Analyze drawings and models to implement manufacturing methodologies.
• Work with vendors to design, fabricate, install and test new equipment.
• Direct internal resources and contractors for change implementations.
• Support change management across teams and maintain controlled execution.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with remote support when needed.
