Job summary

Bake’n Joy Foods, Inc. in North Andover, MA seeks a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability strategy for a mid-sized baked and frozen foods manufacturer.

The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and ongoing business growth while building a strong maintenance team. The right candidate will drive TPM, RCA, FMEA, and OEE improvements, partner with Operations and Quality, and guide CMMS-based scheduling and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management or related technical field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing; 3+ years in a management role.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability strategy for the site and drive TPM, RCA, FMEA initiatives.
• Manage CMMS data, PM scheduling, and asset information to improve OEE.
• Develop and mentor a maintenance team with safety and food-safety focus.
• Oversee budget, spare parts, and collaboration with Operations and Quality.
• Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional problem solving.
