Qualifications

• Proficiency using AutoCAD to create and modify equipment layouts.
• Knowledge of essential safety, health, and compliance requirements and regulations.
• Familiarity with process technology, controls, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute project plans with measurable metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze drawings to identify manufacturing methods for fabrication.
• Collaborate with vendors to design, install, test new equipment.
• Coordinate internal resources and contractors for changes.
• Support change management in a controlled manner.
• Provide remote manufacturing issue resolution as needed.
