Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven troubleshooting experience with processing equipment.
• Production lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for food processing equipment and methods.
• Provide direction on process optimization and equipment utilization.
• Lead troubleshooting on the production floor.
• Facilitate shift huddles and communicate performance to staff.
• Provide training and coaching to front-line operators to strengthen technical capability.
• Identify opportunities to improve OEE, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
