Job summary

LJW Solutions in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I & II to support safe and efficient operation of its food and beverage manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production, packaging, processing, and blow-moulding equipment, ensuring reliability and compliance.

The role requires electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC experience, with opportunity for growth across second and third shifts. DOT and safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 1–2 years technical training; associate degree advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in the food/bev industry.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic systems; PLCs and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production, packaging, processing, and blow-moulding equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery to ensure uptime.
• Use CMMS to maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Maintain compliance with PMO, SQF, FDA, OSHA, and related standards.
