Job summary

PS Seasoning in Iron Ridge, WI seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (10pm–6am). You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical systems in our food production lines to ensure safety and quality.

This role requires hands-on expertise with 24V/120V controls, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and welded fabrication. Qualifications include an associate degree or certification in Electromechanical Technology or related field (Journeyman’s card preferred), 5–7 years

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in Electromechanical Technology or related field.
• 5–7 years of electromechanical maintenance experience.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• TIG welding to meet 3A standards.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and emergency maintenance on conveyors, packaging machines, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair 24V and 120V control voltage systems, including PLC diagnosis.
• Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems; assist with fabrication.
• Weld TIG to meet 3A food-grade standards.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain detailed repair and maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and production staff.
