Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, or related industries.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motor controls and production equipment.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Work on conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety and food manufacturing standards.
