Qualifications

• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanic, pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Be available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations.
• Accurately read and interpret technical procedures and schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Maintain communication with other departments regarding production efficiency.
