Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate Triangle, Vertical, and/or Vemag machines to ensure proper weights, shapes, and counts.
2. Perform quality checks on appearance, size, temperature, and package seals.
3. Maintain production logs and complete shift documentation.
4. Train and guide new operators as needed.
5. Report and document mechanical or material issues.
6. Follow GMPs, HACCP guidelines, and OSHA safety protocols.
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members across shifts.
8. Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least 6 months of experience in food manufacturing.
2. Experience operating Triangle, Vertical bagging, or Vemag machines is preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs.
4. Familiarity with ShopLogix, Safety Chain, or similar systems is a plus.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
6. Basic math and computer skills.
7. CCP1 and/or CCP2 certification is advantageous.
