Job Description: Machine Operator Helper

Wiman Corporation, located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Production Helpers. In this role, you'll contribute to the production of high-quality plastic film for industries such as healthcare and automotive, playing a vital role in our operations.

Position Details:

• Location: Sauk Rapids, MN
• Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
• Hours: 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm; 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am
• Pay: $21.10/hour + shift differential ($0.50 for 2nd shift, $0.85 for 3rd shift)

Job Summary:

As a Production Helper, you will assist machine operators with daily tasks, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure efficient task completion. There is potential to earn up to $300 in weekly bonuses after 30 days.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
2. Report issues or concerns to supervisors.
3. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
4. Complete tasks within specified timeframes.
5. Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand for most of the workday.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks, including hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

Other Requirements:

• Steel-toed boots.
