Position: Machine Operator

Overall Goal of Position: Keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly; making adjustments during production runs, utilizing quality tools to ensure that product standards are met.

Job Summary: Understand the function of equipment to correctly make adjustments during runs, while promoting smooth operation of the line.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks (code dates, seal integrity, and correct labeling) on scheduled basis.
• Ensure lot ID information is tracked accurately and all paperwork is completed timely.
• Increase effectiveness and cross-train where needed to promote line effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards regarding safety and GMPs.
• Participate in Toolbox talks, promote Safe Start principles, and report near misses.
• Keep work areas orderly and clean.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Machine Operating Experience preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Able to walk & stand during most of a 10-hour shift
• Quality driven, self-motivated, willing to learn
• Dependable & punctual
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs
