Description

As a Machine Operator, you will work closely with production managers and other team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to fill and package Liquid Silicone Rubber to customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• One+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining machinery, including basic troubleshooting
• Ability to follow work instructions and work with WMS/ERP software
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders
• Strong teamwork, communication skills in English, and reliability

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following batch instructions
• Monitor machines for issues and perform routine maintenance
• Conduct quality checks and keep accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Identify opportunities for process improvements

Shift Hours

Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11 pm CST
