Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer service contact for assigned customers.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams to support OTIF delivery.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system.
• Communicate order status and changes to customers by phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and scheduling changes.
