Job summary

Johnsonville is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to guide the Holton operations team. You will drive ownership, build trust, and deliver superior results by coaching staff, setting clear KPIs, and pushing continuous improvement.

With a Bachelor’s in a related field, you’ll oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with cross-functional leaders to align with company strategy and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in an operations leadership role overseeing multiple departments.
• Minimum 5 years of meat industry or food commodity experience preferred.
• Experience directly managing people leaders and driving meaningful change.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance and legal issues relevant in the industry.

• Lead the Holton operations team and coach performance.
