Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to coordinate inbound materials and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and documentation. The role requires forklift experience and familiarity with MAS500 ERP systems, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Applicants should have a GED or high school diploma and at least 3 years in USDA-regulated or similar warehousing environments, supporting safe material handling and efficient inventory control.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse inventory management experience.
• Forklift and material handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and shipment recording and tracking daily.
• Verify quantities received against Bills of Lading and inspect material.
• Enter receipt of goods into the MAS500 system and resolve discrepancies.
• Unload raw materials from trucks and support material transfers.
• Maintain finished goods logs and assist expeditors when needed.
