Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound logistics, coordinate outbound shipments, and support receiving of raw materials across our Wisconsin facilities. This role requires strong documentation, cross-functional communication, and safety compliance within a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, shipping, warehousing, inventory control, or related manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift and material handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound trucks daily.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and documentation.
• Coordinate shipments, transportation schedules, and inventory transactions.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
