Job summary

Bon Appetit in our contract food service network is seeking a Front of House Manager reporting to the General Manager. You will oversee day-to-day operations, demonstrate strong communication, multi-task, lead staff, and ensure superior food and beverage quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate has experience managing others, budgeting, event catering, and knowledge of alcohol service. This role requires flexibility to work late afternoons, nights, and weekends across venues.

Qualifications

• Experience managing others and strong communication demonstrated with diverse teams.
• Budgeting, inventory tracking, and cost control experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proactive planning abilities.
• Ability to work late afternoons, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains, manages, and develops staff
• Manages budget and inventory
• Trains and supervises alcoholic beverage service
• Assists with catering events
• Manages culinary program
• Maintains a positive working relationship with staff, venue client and production team
• Works with vendors
• Works with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing to achieve maximum results
