• Promote a safe environment for product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow procedures for inbound/outbound shipments, handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication with all associates.
• Assist with attendance records and safety compliance.
• Coach and train associates to maintain skills at required levels.
