The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and availability to work nights and weekends in a dynamic venue environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize flow of food during events by managing kitchen pace from order placed to service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers and runners to manage order flow.
• Address issues such as incorrect orders or delays promptly.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before it leaves the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting station and surrounding areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
