P.F. Chang’s in Las Vegas is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Expeditor or Expo positions. This role ensures craveable food for takeout and dine-in guests, coordinating tickets and communicating with kitchen and service staff to deliver meals on time.

You’ll need 18+ years old, restaurant experience preferred, and a Food Handler’s Card where required. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, training, advancement opportunities, and employee discounts.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
