Job summary

Hofs Hut Restaurants, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking an Expeditor to ensure food is prepared and presented to our quality standards and to deliver meals to guests in a timely, friendly manner.

The role supports servers and kitchen staff, coordinates between front-of-house and back-of-house, keeps menus and food knowledge up to date, and helps with side work and guest service to create a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old in NV and have one year of full-service restaurant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• California food handlers card required.

Responsibilities

• Organize prepared food and garnish as specified; ensure presentation as per spec.
• Maintain guest orders in an automated QSR ticket system.
• Deliver food to guests timely and at correct temperature; presentable.
• Act as liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Know locations food offerings and preparation. Carry trays; clear dishes.
• Provide friendly, gracious service and support servers and kitchen staff.
