The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring a Food Expeditor. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition of dishes from kitchen to table, with attention to plate presentation and timely service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a positive energy and be ready to assist fellow staff and work as a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, weekends brunch and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the kitchen and dining room staff in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all food items are delivered in a timely fashion.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen staff according to ticket specifications and ensure dishes match up on each plate.
• Work in a clean and organized station and adhere to sanitation regulations.
