Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations or food distributions is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with common software tools (ERP, MS Office, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee equitable distribution of food/resources in the South region, including logistics and safety.
• Provide on-site staffing during shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Cultivate relationships with volunteers, community members, and partner organizations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities.
• Operate Ceres ERP to place orders and update site information.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers.
• Perform other duties to support Feeding San Diego’s mission.
