Feeding San Diego is seeking a Direct Services Coordinator to support food distribution programs in the South region, coordinating with departments, volunteers, and partners to ensure efficient and equitable delivery of meals.

The role manages logistics, supervises volunteers, maintains records, and uses ERP systems like Ceres, ensuring food safety and compliance within a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 remote).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; nonprofit experience beneficial.
• Experience with volunteer coordination and community partnerships is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the distribution of food/resources in the South region with safety and SOP adherence.
• Staff Marketplace shifts on-site during evenings and weekends.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and partner organizations.
• Maintain records and use ERP (Ceres) to place orders and manage site info.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers; assist with program assessments.
