Job summary

Vee Quiva Resort & Casino in Laveen, AZ is seeking a Food Court Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations for profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior restaurant experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to coach a diverse team while maintaining strong guest service and teamwork. You will follow the GILA WAY and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in restaurant operation required.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly and calculate basic math functions as they relate to point-of-sale cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
• Must acquire and maintain health and safety compliance trainings.
• GILA WAY: greet, interact, listen, appreciate guests.
• Excellent guest service skills and strong interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food court operations to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, mentor and direct team members and supervisors.
• Foster teamwork and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Train staff on food handling, cash handling and safety rules.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
