Job summary

Walmart in Boaz, AL is seeking a store leader to build and develop high-performing teams, drive sales, and oversee store operations. You will coach hourly associates, set expectations, and ensure exceptional customer service through the One Best Way model.

You’ll manage staffing, budgeting, merchandising, and processes to reduce shrink and improve profitability while upholding Walmart values and integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years' college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports and performance management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teaching training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive customer service standards and ensure a high quality customer experience.
• Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, and inventory flow.
