Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, hire, train and mentor associates, and set clear expectations.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and control expenses within the store area.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and implement company initiatives and community programs.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, shrink mitigation and store operations.
• Promote belonging, comply with Open Door Policy and act with integrity.
