Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Drive store profitability by monitoring PL and controlling costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service following the One Best Way model.
• Hire, mentor, and develop hourly associates; promote belonging.
• Oversee operations, merchandising, inventory, and shrink reduction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
